Job Summary
System engineers are involved in all stages of the development process from defining specifications to design, development, and evaluation. Technical duties include the development of high-speed, highly accurate inspection systems, leveraging simulation, data processing, image processing, distributed processing, and machine learning technologies. In addition, they are also involved in the development of the entire system, such as hardware interface and user interface development, contributing to building the foundation of ALITECS.
Responsibilities
- Development of AI-based inspection algorithms
- Development of image inspection sequence control
- Development of AI-based defect classification programs
- Development of computational lithography and computer inspection
- Development of data paths for mask inspection systems
- Development of high-speed processing through CPU and GPU parallel computing

Customer Support Engineer
Job Summary
The responsibility of customer support engineers extends far beyond troubleshooting; providing support for our customers to make the best use of our products. In addition to technical assistance, they provide technical training for users and collect feedback in order to constantly enhance product quality and increase customer satisfaction.
Their responsibilities also include communicating with customers to define the requirements for new functions. They will be extensively engaged in development activities, particularly the invention of novel ideas and algorithm development. The Customer Support Team plays a cross-sectional role within the company, acting as a bridge between the product team, technology team, and customers. One of their important duties is to create functional specifications based on customer requirements and in-house technologies.
